Naples Airport Transfers Italy

We kindly ask you yo read our Terms and Conditions before booking our services. By reserving our transfers or services you fully 
accept out Terms and Conditions, and you are therefore legally bound to them.
This User Agreement shall be regulated by the Italian law without regard to conflict of laws 
that would result in the application of the legilsationof any other jurisdiction.

  1. Responsibilities
    1. www.naplesairporttransfers-italy.com or the transportation service providers will not be held responsible for losses, including, but not
limited to, lost or stolen properties, lost or damaged luggage, missed flights, ferries or trains or any other missed
connected services, because of whatsoever reason.
    2. www.naplesairporttransfers-italy.com or the transportation service providers shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage due to omissions or errors affecting your booking, either submitted online or by phone or email. The client shall be the only responsible for the information reported in the
confirmation email; any errors or omissions shall be immediately communicated to the reservation office, and a new
confirmation email will be sent shortly. In case o errors or omissions discovered 48 hours before
the agreed pick-up time, they must be notified by calling the emergency phone number provided
in the service confirmation email.
    3. By accepting this User Agreement, you accept that www.naplesairporttransfers-italy.com will not, in any way, be held responsible for whatsoever loss, expense, direct or indirect damage due to the use or missed use of the booked transportation services, under ordinary and extraordinary circumstance, even if www.naplesairporttransfers-italy.com has been informed about particular
circumstances affecting your trip.
  2. Services Availability
    1. After the booking procedure, you will receive our service confirmation. In case no Taxi is available, you will be informed by email.
    2. ii. The vehicle model and type indicated in the booking form and on this website have the only purpose of describing the service type. In some rare cases the service provider may need to provide you with a different vehicle for the transfer, for example in case the reserved vehicle is in delay because of traffic, diversion or other reasons, a suitable replacement will be provided at same price. We cannot guarantee that the same vehicle type or model specified in your confirmation will be provided for your service.
    3. We are able to guarantee the same vehicle that is specified in the confirmation by paying an additional fee up to 30% of the total price (the fee may vary based on the season and the type of vehicle).
  3. Payment
    1. The usual payment method is in cash to the driver . It is also possible to pay in advance by credit card (by adding 2,7%) or by PayPal (by adding 2,9%).
    2. If you choose to pay in cash to the driver , the credit card details provided during the booking procedure will be only used to confirm and guarantee your booking, but no amount will be debited on it.
  • Changes and/or Cancellations
    1. Is it possible to cancel the booked service? the following fees will be applied :

      a) No charges shall be applied up to 24 (twenty four) hours before the agreed pick-up time if your payment method is driver or credit card. When selecting PayPal as payment method, the 2,9% fee won't be refunded in any case.
      b)100% of the transfer cost shall be charged, less than 24 (twenty four) hours before the arranged pick-up time

    2. Maximum waiting time
a) Pick-ups from airports and cruise terminals: 60 minutes from the actual flight or cruise arrival time (as 
displayed on airport/cruise terminal information monitors). After this time has passed, if the driver has not been contacted by you, 
he/she will consider this circumstance as a "no show" and will leave the meeting point. A 
cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged.

      b) Pick-ups from any other location: 30 minutes after the agreed pick-up time. After this time has passed, if the driver has not been contacted by you, 
he/she will consider this circumstance as a "no show" and will leave the meeting point. A 
cancellation fee (100% of the booked service price) will be charged.

    3. In case of "no show" without any communication from you, after the maximum waiting time has passed, 100% of the booked service price will be charged
    4. Any modification to the service booked shall be communicated to our reservation office by email, within at least 48 hours before the arranged pick-up time. After you receive an email with the meeting point and the phone number of our manager , generally 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, any change to your booking shall be directly agreed with him by calling the phone number reported on the email
    5. In case we need to cancel your booking, you will be informed as soon as possible by email, and , if possible, we will suggest you other 
applicable options.
    6. Our company reserves the rights to cancel any booking for whatsoever reason. No compensation shall be due, except for a full refund in case of prepaid reservation.
    7. In case your flight is cancelled or delayed, we will be happy to reschedule your service upon availablity, however the above conditions will still be applied. In case of roundtrip transfer the cancellation fee will be the equivalent of the one way journey.
  • Child seats

    Pursuant to the EU directive 2003/20/EC, the following applies:
    1. Children must use suitable child seats until they are 135 cm tall or aged 12 (whichever they reach first). After , they must wear adult seatbelts. The driver is responsible to check that children are properly restrained . However, there licensed vehicles are exempted, therefore they can carry children even if not provided with suitable child seat.
    2. Children under 3, with or without child seat, are under the responsibility of the vehicle’ passengers.
  • Excessive luggage and special items

    In order to ensure the best service and vehicle for your need, we kindly ask you to inform us about any excessive luggage or special items (with odd shape, heavy or bigger than usual, including, but not limited to: strollers, wheelchairs, scuba dive equipment, bikes, golf bags). You will be held responsible for any eventual expenses for additional or different vehicles necessary to carry the luggage or special items not specified on the reservation form.
  • Force Majeure

    www.naplesairporttransfers-italy.com shall not be held responsible for any delay, modification or cancellation due to unpredictable circumstances beyond its control, such as accidents on the transfer route, normal or heavy traffic, acts of terrorism, strikes, police checkpoints, extreme weather conditions, detours, natural disasters, road maintenance, etc.
  • Intellectual Property Rights
    Trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual properties of this website have been granted to Naples Airport Transfers and are protected by national and international regulations governing intellectual property. Any use of these contents by third parties for any purpose other than booking transfers is prohibited, including modification, subsequent publication and total or partial reproduction or representation without the express consent of Naples Airport Transfers
